Clear water and cooler temps, it’s mirrolure weather and the trout and drum agree. Consistent fishing being reported from the mouth of the Neuse and Bay rivers all the way to their tributaries. Put in a bit of time and that familiar thump shouldn’t be to far away. -----Capt. Matt Deaton
