Despite last weeks blow.....

Capt. Chris Kimrey made the day with Spanish, blues and flatties.  Chris says that the nearshore wreck/reef fishing has been red hot for kings on top and groupers on the bottom.....if you can get out there between nor'easters.

"Morning sir....

yes Chris did great for us...it was indeed breezy, and no way we could make our way out for a king, but we trolled off the beach and caught 7 large keeper Spanish and 5 nice blue fish. We came back inside and tied up at ..........area and we cast for some flounder and actually caught two nice ones...both too short...one was 14.5 inches...Markus caught him casting himself....

He is good with kids, Markus ,now 10, has the fishing bug, he fishes hard and stays with it, he thought the rough ride was fun, that's the difference in a 10 year old and us old dogs I guess!!

Looking forward to our next trip with you...."
