Wild Caught Pamlico Sound Shrimp and Red Drum Ceviche

That's what is for lunch tomorrow for the 12 ladies from the IWFA and their guides tomorrow.   They got a good introduction this afternoon, double digit days for 3 of the guides and some of the ladies.   My crew caught puppy drum for ceviche tomorrow......we struggled on the big ones, but we managed to catch one.   I'm glad this ain't a competition.
