Rock Stew

From Capt. Mitch Blake: 

"Capt George, I hit the Pamlico River to see what she would offer and found a nice fly pattern along with some light tackle action.  Next stop potatoes."

Anybody got a good recipe for rock stew?  I'll post it if you don't mind sharing some secrets.
