Anna on the South Atlantic Marine Fisheries Council

Although I (we) may not always agree with all of Anna’s positions, I think that we can agree that she has done a great job on the MFC. With her scientific background, level head and her open ear to the public, Anna’s primary concern is to protect the resource. But she often takes the more challenging path of trying to find ways to protect the resource and to minimize the impacts on recreational and commercial fishermen.

I hope that you will be able to support her in her bid on a federal level to serve on the South Atlantic Marine Fisheries Council and would be willing to give a letter/e mail or phone call to the governor’s office asking the governor to make Anna her preferred candidate for the seat.
