ablies with Capt. Joe Shute

Here's a report from Capt. Joe Shute:

"just wanted to drop a line to those of you that like to catch false albacore. The bite has started early. The small albacore have been around for the last few weeks, but some of the larger albies are starting to show up. Yesterday the fly fishing for the albies was just about as good as it gets. The weather is cooling off and I really think that the rest of October is going to be pretty good fishing, whether you are fishing with a fly rod or conventional spinning tackle. The jack fishing is wide open as well if you really want to get into some heavy duty fishing."

Drop us n e mail if you want to get out on the water. Although I am in the tropcis for the next couple of weeks, Anna and I are still booking for the Down East Guides
