Congrats to Capt. Doug Sulc who won the tarpon tourney this year with two releases, one on Sat and one on Sun. Followed by Capt. Brynn Thomas on the Tom Cat with one release, Kandice Kelly with one release and Derek Jordan with one release, places determined by time.
