From Capt. Ray on the Neuse

Me, I caught a cobia sight casting while in the Turning Basin, just climbed up in the tower and there he was paddling along with all the other boats.    Only one I saw.  Still a few bites on the bottom with those who have the patience to shag sharks.  Bait balls, sharks, nice blues and spanish on the east side.  Very pretty over there, but did not see a cobia
