"George and Anna,

 I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you again for a fantastic fishing experience last week.  My experience fishing with George exceeded all expectations that I brought to Oriental with me...and they were pretty high.

 George worked extremely hard the whole time and was willing to put up with all of the questions that were thrown at him.  It is so cool to see him get just as excited as we were when we were getting on the fish.

 We are definitely wanting to book two days next year with George right around the same time time of year.
